1. Using Growward
Growward is a personal progress tool. You may use the app for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained it.
2. No professional guarantees
Growward helps you record and visualize your own activity. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice. Skill levels, streaks, percentages and similar indicators are motivational visualizations and are not objective certifications of ability, health or future results.
3. Your data and device
Growward's normal progress data is designed to remain on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for using backup/export when you want an additional copy. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove locally stored progress information.
4. Growward PRO
Growward PRO is designed as a one-time Lifetime purchase, not a subscription and not an automatically renewing product. Where direct purchasing in Russia is offered, the fixed launch price is 399 RUB. Purchase availability, currency and payment method may differ by store or region.
A Lifetime entitlement is non-expiring and is intended to unlock the PRO feature set without recurring fees, subject to these terms, applicable law and continued technical availability of the app and supported platforms.
5. Purchase, activation and restore
Direct payments offered in Russia are planned to be processed through YooKassa by the individual developer operating Growward as a self-employed taxpayer in the Russian Federation. The applicable seller and payment information is shown during checkout and in the payment receipt.
PRO recovery uses the email address provided for the purchase and a one-time verification code. One Lifetime purchase may have up to three active device activations at the same time. This limit is intended to support normal personal use and purchase recovery without requiring a Growward account.
6. Refunds and payment providers
Payments are subject to the rules of the payment provider and applicable consumer law. Where a full refund cancels the underlying purchase, the related PRO entitlement and device activations may be revoked. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Availability
We work to keep Growward reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product develops, provided applicable consumer rights are respected.
8. Intellectual property
Growward's name, interface, website, visual design and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Growward to the user.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use Growward to violate law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access to systems, abuse the purchase or licensing system, or redistribute proprietary parts of the product except where permitted by law.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated as Growward evolves. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
