1. Using Growward
Growward is a personal progress tool. You may use the app for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained it.
2. No professional guarantees
Growward helps you record and visualize your own activity. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice. Skill levels, streaks, percentages and similar indicators are motivational visualizations and are not objective certifications of ability, health or future results.
3. Your data and device
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for backups where a backup feature is not available. Deleting app data or uninstalling the app may remove locally stored information.
4. Paid features
If Growward offers PRO or other paid features, the price, billing period and applicable purchase conditions will be displayed before purchase. Purchases made through a third-party store or payment provider are also subject to that provider's rules.
5. Availability
We work to keep Growward reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product develops, provided applicable consumer rights are respected.
6. Intellectual property
Growward's name, interface, website, visual design and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Growward to the user.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Growward to violate law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or redistribute proprietary parts of the product except where permitted by law.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as Growward evolves. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
